Share His Miracles is a platform for sharing Christian faith testimonies. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of testimonies you post. By submitting content, you grant Share His Miracles a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the app. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your submissions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or unrelated to Christian faith. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Share His Miracles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Share His Miracles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes within the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Share His Miracles operates.
